JOB DESCRIPTION: Must Have Skills: Define and lead the GitHub Enterprise platform product vision and roadmap, aligned to platform modernisation and developer experience goals. Lead a large-scale transformation, coordinating multiple workstreams (SCM migration, CI/CD modernisation, governance, AI enablement) to deliver a unified engineering platform for our internal users. Own and prioritise the platform backlog, balancing business value, developer experience, security, and regulatory needs. Drive migration delivery (e.g. Bitbucket GitHub, Jenkins Actions), ensuring smooth sequencing, minimal disruption, and clear stakeholder alignment. Partner with engineering, infrastructure, architecture, security, and vendors to define platform standards, operating models, and governance.
