Great opportunity to join FNZ's Solution Consulting team. The team is responsible for providing a range of high‑value services to FNZ’s existing and potential customers. The Solution Consultant role is key within the team, delivering platform configuration, consulting, and training.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support for aligned FNZ client projects, building capability and supporting junior members.
- Instill a spirit of continuous improvement in the team.
- Work with FNZ customers and internal stakeholders to define proposition and product requirements.
- Provide market expertise and be an SME in FNZ Platform functionality to help customers define propositions.
- Understand and advise on a Platform Target Operating Model, including interfaces.
- Run the Model Wealth Solution (MWS) configuration process for new implementations, capturing all configuration points.
