Great opportunity to join FNZ's Solution Consulting team. The team is responsible for providing a range of high‑value services to FNZ’s existing and potential customers. The Solution Consultant role is key within the team, delivering platform configuration, consulting, and training. Responsibilities
Provide leadership and support for aligned FNZ client projects, building capability and supporting junior members. Instill a spirit of continuous improvement in the team. Work with FNZ customers and internal stakeholders to define proposition and product requirements. Provide market expertise and be an SME in FNZ Platform functionality to help customers define propositions. Understand and advise on a Platform Target Operating Model, including interfaces. Run the Model Wealth Solution (MWS) configuration process for new implementations, capturing all configuration points. Document bespoke customer requirements and ensure they are met.
