Your role at Dynatrace
As a Dynatrace Solution Engineer, you will be a key member of the Dynatrace sales engine and will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to the sales team. You will be the expert on Dynatrace and all facets of Advanced Observability. In this role you will execute demos that demonstrate Dynatrace’s unique approach to solving the customer’s pain, manage POCs onsite and remotely, build key relationships with Dynatrace customers, and complete RFIs and RFPs. You will collaborate with Dynatrace’s innovation labs, Expert Services consultants, CSMs and marketing.
About You
To succeed as a Solution Engineer at Dynatrace, you must be ambitious, confident, self‑motivated, and have previous SE experience or another technical customer‑facing role.
