Job Description
This is an interview position. Manages and oversees the entire sort operations within a FedEx Ground (FXG) facility. Supports the FedEx Ground Safety Above All Culture, ensuring compliance to FXG policies and procedures and governmental regulations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Four (4) years business experience
- Two (2) years experience in transportation & logistics or a related service industry preferred
- Demonstrated basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Must currently be a member of FedEx management or LEAP/EXCEL endorsed
- Ability to lift 70 Lbs. and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment
