Job Description
Position: Sourcing Recruiter
Duration: 12-month contract, potential to extend up to 24 months or convert depending on hiring needs
Location: On-site 5 days/week in one of the following locations:
- Seattle, WA
- Arlington, VA
- Herndon, VA
Pay: $38/hr for R1 level, $51/hr for R2 level
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of HIGH-volume sourcing experience for any type of role. Open to only 1-2+ years of experience if supporting Data Center hiring
- Excellent sourcing acumen and demonstrated ability to use creative sourcing strategies to generate robust, diverse pipelines of talent to support hyper scaling organizations
- Experience working in high-volume environments with metric-driven goals
- Excellent communication and writing skills
