Overview
We are now looking for a Sourcing Specialist to strengthen our Sourcing and Procurement team and play a key role in scaling our supplier base, supporting new product development, and ensuring supply continuity in a rapidly growing high-tech environment. In this role, you will work at the intersection of engineering, suppliers, and production, contributing directly to the success of technically advanced solutions. If you enjoy combining technical understanding with commercial thinking in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.
Your tasks will include leading sourcing for key categories such as cryogenic wiring, RF/microwave cabling, connectors, and PCBA, ensuring reliable and scalable supply. You will partner closely with R&D to bring supply chain expertise into early product development and drive sourcing from prototypes through production ramp-up.
