Spanish Bilingual Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time (40+ Hours per Week)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Pacific Time (PST)
Break: 1-Hour Unpaid Break
Compensation: $5.00 – $7.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We receive a high volume of warm leads daily through social media advertising and are looking for a highly motivated Spanish-English Bilingual Appointment Setter / Lead Conversion Specialist to help convert inquiries into booked appointments while delivering exceptional customer service.
This role is ideal for someone with strong sales abilities, excellent phone skills, and a warm, personable approach. Training, scripts, and sales techniques will be provided to help you succeed.
