We are looking for fluent Spanish speakers to join our Lisbon-based client as Customer Support Agents working in an international team supporting a well-known global fashion retail project. This part-time role is ideal for someone passionate about customer experience and interested in the fashion industry. Start date is immediate and initial paid training will be provided to ensure you're well-equipped for your new role!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in Spanish via phone, email, and/or chat
- Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and products
- Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
