Position Summary: This position has full responsibility and accountability for the supervision of the Spare parts. The responsibilities include: full responsibility for the Open order report, on time delivery for any order, inventory control and management (productive material storage & preservation, line stocking, process control and management, process improvement, labor management, and productivity/ capacity management. Principal Responsibilities: Update Open order report daily. by scheduling and assigning staff with follow up of work results. Manage employee performance. This process included alignment of employee goals, objectives, and competencies to support Hussmann business strategies. Execute inventory control by improving processes such as Cycle Count, Physical Counts and reconciling. Insure safe working environment by keeping warehouse neat and orderly, aside insure all team members have the proper Personal Protective and Safety Equipment. Insure productive material is being...
