Job Description
The Special Procedures Technologist performs invasive procedures partnered with the interventional radiologist. Responsible for patient assessment, education pre‑ and post‑procedure, safe care and monitoring during the procedure, safe administration of radiation, contrast dosing and image processing. Responsibilities include maintaining and operating specialized vascular C‑arm equipment, applying radiation protection and safety practices, maintaining regulatory documentation and assisting with patient preparation and positioning.
