HammondCare Home Care is currently looking for Permanent, Part-time Carers to join our Brisbane North and Caboolture Team.
Brisbane North requires:
- You will need to be available Monday to Wednesday 8am to 3pm and Thursday and Friday 8am to 2pm.
- You will need to travel across Chermside, Northgate. Clayfield, Eagle Farm, Ashgrove, Zillmere, Nundah and Boondall
Caboolture Requires coverage across:
- Morayfield, Burpengary East, Narangba, Deception Bay, Redcliffe, Kallangur, Ferny Hills, Arana Hills, Everton Hills, Ferny Grove & Albany Creek
- You must be available Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm for this team
