Job Description
The Specialist, Organizational Health works with staff and faculty to manage complex cases related to employee injury, disability and illness, including those involving subrogation agreements with third party insurers and attendance management to facilitate the successful return-to-work of injured, disabled, and ill staff or faculty members. The Specialist supports the development, implementation and ongoing management of health promotion and well-being related initiatives for SFU, leading in the design, delivery and execution of workshops and training sessions for leaders across the university to provide learning as it relates to stress management, workplace well-being and accommodation strategies.
