S. payroll processes? We're looking for a US Payroll Specialist to join our team and support payroll operations for multiple clients with accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
The US Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multi-client payroll, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role works closely with the Payroll Manager and accounting team, maintains audit-ready records, and provides excellent client communication and support.
Process payroll for multiple clients, including timesheets, wage rates, commissions, reimbursements, and adjustments.
Calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions, garnishments, and related items with precision.
Maintain and update employee payroll records within cloud-based payroll systems.
Manage federal, state, and local payroll tax withholdings and ensure timely compliance.
