Position Summary
The Specialist, Payroll will support the Payroll Manager during the transition of the organization’s payroll system from ADP Workforce Now to CMiC. This role is ideal for a payroll professional with strong technical knowledge and hands‑on payroll experience who can contribute to system testing, validation, and implementation activities. While the position will provide payroll processing support as needed, its primary focus is to support payroll system implementation, data migration, process alignment, and end‑user support throughout the transition.
In this role, the successful candidate will also help develop clear and comprehensive payroll process manuals for CMiC and assist in drafting payroll policy documentation. Working closely with Payroll and the ERP team, this position plays an important role in ensuring payroll operations remain accurate, compliant, and uninterrupted throughout the implementation period.
