Reliability Engineer – Mine Mobile Equipment FleetWe produce and provide energy. As part of our team you play a vital role in delivering energy and making a meaningful impact in the communities where we live and work.
Location & Key DetailsLocation: Base Plant Mine, Fort McMurray, Alberta.
Hours: 40‑hour week, Monday‑Friday.
Relocation: If you reside outside of Fort McMurray, relocation to within 60km is mandatory.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and align equipment lifecycle and maintenance strategies to optimize asset performance, longevity, and regional synergies.
Analyze asset performance data and failure trends to identify reliability issues, bad actors, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop targeted mitigation plans and actionable recommendations to prevent recurrence and improve fleet reliability.
Lead reliability, engineering improvement, safety, and compliance projects from initiation through completion.
