Position Overview Inabia is looking for a SLP to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

You’ll evaluate and treat communication and swallowing needs, supporting safe, effective rehabilitation and patient quality of life.
You’ll collaborate with nursing, dietary, physicians, and therapy partners to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities Complete evaluations, establish treatment plans, and deliver speech-language therapy services aligned with patient goals.
Provide daily treatments, monitor progress, and support discharge planning.
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and care teams to coordinate patient care.
