Position Description: Plan, forecast, lead, direct and coordinate work of Self-Perform Operations (SPO) staff, subcontractors, and suppliers on large or complex concrete projects. Oversee implementation of planned work for adherence to contracted scope for safety, schedule sequence, quality of work performed, and production planning and tracking. Supervise Trade labor in concrete or other areas of responsibility.
