Requirements
- Must have:
- 1–2 years of experience in application support or technical troubleshooting
- Strong hands on experience with SQL, query writing, data validation, basic database structures
- Experience working with databases, Microsoft SQL Server
- Ability to write SQL scripts to fix or correct data issues
- Experience identifying and correcting corrupted or inconsistent data
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot application issues and identify root causes
- Professional English communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work with global clients and provide clear communication
- Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of Oracle Database or similar enterprise DB systems
