Senior Accounts Payable Specialist
Lambert Nemec Group has partnered with our client in Winnipeg to recruit a Senior Accounts Payable Administrator. Reporting to the AP Manager, this role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations, while also driving process improvements, ensuring compliance, and acting as a key point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and process high-volume vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely approvals
- Review and validate invoice matching to purchase orders, contracts, and receiving documentation
- Prepare and execute payments (EFT, cheque, wire), ensuring adherence to payment terms and cash flow considerations
