About the role
As a Senior Analyst Performance Management, you will support business planning and performance management activities in a multi‑business organization through financial models, forecasts, business and financial analysis, industry research and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) activities by coordinating across the business and finance teams with multiple business units through the Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecasts, and Business Outlooks (3‑5 Year Plans).
- Support the management team for the Cards and Retail Financing Business to develop and maintain tracking of key business drivers and net credit margin for key business segments.
- Support business performance and variance analysis, including key business metrics, income statement, balance sheet, and regulatory metrics.
