Job Description
As a Senior Attorney at Honeywell, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor, partnering with strategic business leaders providing proactive legal support across commercial legal matters. You will play a key role in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, supporting business leaders throughout the contract lifecycle, and helping drive successful commercial outcomes while effectively managing legal risk.
In this role, you will work closely with sales, procurement, finance, compliance, and other cross-functional teams to address legal challenges arising from customer and business relationships.
