We are currently working with a leading telecommunications distributor and integrated AV solutions. They are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Senior AV Lead Technician to lead installations and support enterprise AV deployments throughout Ontario. The Senior AV Lead Technician will be responsible for the installation, configuration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and support of audiovisual and video conferencing systems. This role serves as the lead technician on projects, ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead AV installation and deployment projects at customer sites. Install, configure, test, and commission video conferencing and AV systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. Configure and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and platforms from Poly, Logitech, Jabra, and similar manufacturers.
