Job Description
We are currently assisting a valued client in Calgary with their Sr. Collision Repair Estimator position. You are responsible for assisting with check-ins, assignment management, delivering completed vehicles to customers, and providing customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicle for damage, create a repair plan and estimate of cost.
- Share repair plan with technician and the repairs to be completed.
- Manage professional relationships with suppliers, clients, and dealerships.
- Manage claims and write estimates in Mitchell and Qapter.
- Oversee the quality of repair and ensure they meet standards.
- Set reasonable expectations for the customer, and educate them on the repair process.
- View vehicle with customer to highlight accident related damage, and previous damage non claim related.
