Job Description
Responsible for implementing a Continuous Improvement culture across all employees, conducting Six Sigma (SS) projects, Lean Manufacturing projects, and Kaizen projects to solve problems and improve safety, ergonomics, quality, and productivity. Responsibilities: Lead Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing projects. Participate in cost reduction opportunities across all processes. Empower cross-functional teams. Manage and lead the BBP and SP systems, sharing new improvement ideas. Coach individuals for continuous improvement tool certifications. Using standard tracking systems, drive project performance and ensure timely completion and achievement of product/process quality and cost savings goals. Manage and lead the YFIMS system. Assist in collecting YFIMS assessment data.
