Overview
The Senior Director, Fraud & Identity Solutions will lead the Canada fraud and identity strategy, report to the SVP, Global Head of Fraud Solutions, and work with the Chief Product Officer in Canada. This role accelerates fraud revenue growth, drives adoption of the Fraud & Identity portfolio, and defines the Canada fraud solutions strategy. It requires deep market expertise, executive presence, and operational discipline across complex fraud and identity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Market, Client, and Solution Strategy: Drive voice-of-customer capture, market intelligence, and competitive insights to inform solution strategy, product investment priorities, and innovation opportunities.
- Define how TransUnion fraud and identity solutions address evolving client issues, regulatory dynamics, and market trends.
