Our client, a top healthcare company, seeks a Sr. Director / VP EHR Implementation, which involves serving as the senior accountable leader responsible for end-to-end value realization of the Epic EHR transformation program. This role acts as the bridge between strategy, operations, and technology, ensuring the EHR transformation delivers measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes across a complex, federated care delivery environment. The Role. Own the overall Epic EHR program charter, including scope, objectives, success criteria, and governance model. Establish and lead program governance structures (Steering Committees, Operational Committees, decision frameworks).
