Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Equity Compensation will own the global administration of RBI’s employee equity programs – the grant, vesting, tax, and reporting processes that deliver a meaningful portion of total direct compensation to executives and employees across RBI’s global brands. This high‑visibility role sits at the intersection of People, Payroll, Finance, and Legal.
Equity Plan Administration
Prepare and load annual grant files in the equity platform, map grant award agreements, and reconcile employee reports post‑load.
Process award vesting and dividend payouts, along with quarterly audit in the equity platform.
Partner with the ESPP vendor to process employee contributions on a bi‑weekly basis.
Tax, Payroll & Data Management
Validate multi‑jurisdictional tax withholdings for large employee vesting events and stock option exercises.
Work closely with the Payroll team to ensure timely payment of taxes related to equity transa...
