Job DescriptionReporting to the VP of Intuitive Surgical Global Talent Management (GTM), with matrixed alignment to North America Manufacturing HR leadership, this position serves as a key member of both the GTM and NA Manufacturing HR Leadership Teams.
The role provides strategic and operational leadership in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Employee Development, and Talent Practices, driving the successful implementation of global and regional talent initiatives at Intuitive's North America manufacturing sites (primary location: Mexicali, Baja California, MX).
