:
- Support the Director of Engineering and peer managers in implementing the Business Unit's goals/objectives/strategies by providing effective leadership and management direction on conceptual solutioning and power equipment to a team of specialists and support staff including contracted external design firms.
- Manage, lead and coordinate the engineering efforts to develop conceptual solutions to client’s functional requirement for projects associated with the capital construction program.
- Develop long-term business plans and forecasts based on understanding customer needs, corporate planning predictions, and changing technologies.
