Main activities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead the region’s annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range planning.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor P&L performance, variances, cost drivers, and productivity metrics.
- Partner with plant managers and functional leaders to drive financial accountability.
- Provide financial guidance to regional operations, supply chain, and HR.
- Support decision-making for headcount, capacity, CapEx, and major investments.
