- Leading large capital projects including building expansion, capital investments, and future state technical capacity studies.
- Coordinating capital and cost reduction programs across Reynosa, ensuring consistency, governance, and execution.
- Driving alignment and execution of cross-site strategic initiatives, ensuring consistency, governance, and scalable results across all plants.
