No momento, estamos procurando um Engenheiro de Qualidade SR para se juntar à nossa equipe em Resende, RJ.
Vivência no dia a dia do trabalho:
Conduct statistical analysis of field incidents (Pareto, Weibull, FTA, 5W1H),Conduct technical interviews with customers, Lead field investigation for potential safety issues and prepare the Technical Report to explain what the issue is;
Follow field incidents root cause investigation by FQI, R&D, supplier and others;
Provide high level technical support to Legal, Marketing, Call Center and Corporate Communication departments;
Lead from Market side campaign decision process for “port modification”, service campaigns and “recalls” (TM/TC Process)
