Job Description
Eaton’s IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Sr Quality Engineer to support the Reynosa plant and its customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Reynosa plant with in‑process and customer quality issues.
- Perform regular visits to customers and maintain communication to address concerns.
- Support the plant with the implementation of irreversible corrective actions requested by customers.
- Implement quality procedures for inspection processes and final audits.
- Participate in the initial manufacturing process to establish effective inspection and control measures.
- Participate in continuous improvement processes for existing and future operations.
- Develop and submit PPAPs: lead PPAP, support APQP, elaborate control plans, support PFMEAs, implement SCP charts, create and control corrective actions, and develop MSA studies for equipment.
