About the role
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Data Cloud & Loyalty Specialist to join a client-facing solutioning pod supporting customer engagement, loyalty, personalization, and marketing activation initiatives.
This is a hands‑on platform role focused on Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Loyalty Management, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Engagement. The role is execution-heavy and suited for someone who is comfortable configuring platforms, building segments, supporting campaigns, validating data, and troubleshooting issues.
You will work closely with architects, developers, QA, campaign teams, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions and ensure delivery quality across the platform.
