You won’t just ship features — you’ll help define the architecture, culture, and velocity of our product development team. You’ll be hands‑on in the codebase, leading by example, and helping Capio evolve into a high‑performing, scalable platform used by thousands. Key Responsibilities
Lead full‑stack development efforts—from designing scalable backend systems to crafting seamless front‑end experiences. Partner with leadership to shape the product direction and technical roadmap.
