Role: Staffing Partner at BairesDev. We are seeking a Staffing Partner to strategically analyze our existing pool of vetted candidates to staff IT business opportunities successfully. You will bridge Client Services/Sales and the Talent Acquisition team.
What you will do
- Manage and fill job openings, selecting high-quality candidates and adhering to deadlines.
- Review and filter candidates in the pipeline according to specific parameters and guidelines.
