As a Sterling OMS Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring high-volume retail environments, resolving technical incidents, and maintaining the operational health of supply chain systems.
Functional Skills
- Background in computer science, information systems, engineering or engineering degree with programming coursework and an interest in a technical career.
- 0-3 years experience as Technical Consultant/Software Developer/Systems Analyst/ Production Support Analyst working on Java/J2EE, Oracle or DB2 database, Unix/Linux environments
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge or understanding of full-life cycle of software development.
