Job Description
The Store Director serves as the guardian of Tiffany & Co.’s core values. The primary mission is to drive, develop, and inspire the store team to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires a dynamic leader who acts as a mentor and coach, modeling ethical behavior and ensuring strict adherence to the brand’s global procedures and cultural heritage.
- Active floor management and strategic goal achievement.
- Develop action plans to hit monthly and annual targets; provide real-time coaching to the sales staff; maintain deep expertise in product collections and market trends to drive business growth.
