Overview
Conspiracy Comics is looking for a candidate eager to provide an engaging shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. They’ll be impressed by your product knowledge, customer experience skills and deep understanding of all things Pop culture.
Responsibilities
- Open availability, able to work weekends, especially Friday & Saturday.
- 5 days a week, 8 or more hours.
- Cover store as needed or hire to ensure consistent coverage.
- Provide customer-focused service; welcome customers and resolve customer and employee queries and complaints; ensure all team members uphold the customer service standard.
- Perform and supervise daily procedures, such as handling shipments, merchandising, and cashier duties.
- Review cash-out reports on a weekly basis and communicate discrepancies; ensure adequate change and small bills are on hand.
