Reporting to the District Manager, the role of Store Manager is responsible for the development of leaders and associates, fostering a highly engaging in-store customer experience and maximizing sales growth across multiple stores. The successful candidate will be key in contributing to the overall growth of company sales by inspiring, training and developing Store Leadership while retaining top talent.
