Store Manager
In close collaboration with the KGB General Manager, the KGB Store Manager will provide leadership in both short- and long-term planning to help ensure the organization successfully achieves its mission and objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, supervise employees and manage inventory.
- Effectively recruit and train new employees.
- Maintain store staffing levels to meet the needs of our customers.
- Monitor performance of staff and develop employees to their full potential.
