Lead, coach and develop a team to consistently deliver standout guest service and exceed KPI targets.
Own P&L performance for the location — drive sales, margin, and conversion through coaching, loss prevention, and smart merchandising.
Create an inspiring store environment: visual merchandising, product presentation, and in-store experiences that reflect the brand’s ethos.
Recruit, onboard and retain top talent; run regular coaching, performance reviews and career conversations.
Manage operational excellence: inventory control, labour scheduling, health & safety, and compliance.
Activate local marketing and community partnerships to build brand awareness and drive traffic.
Use data and daily reporting to set priorities, motivate the team, and refine in-store tactics.
