Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for the development of Store Associates, fostering a highly engaging in-store customer experience and maximizing sales growth within the stores. The successful candidate will contribute to overall company sales growth by inspiring, training, and developing Store Leadership while retaining top talent.
