In This Role You Will
- Drive the growth and strategic initiatives of Silk & Snow and Endy, and maximize sales efficiency and revenue potential of Sales Associates.
- Motivate and provide clear direction, priorities and communication to the team so that goals and objectives are achieved.
- Be creative, manage and implement the day‑to‑day visual merchandise strategies and appeal of the store (product displays).
- Be responsible for the P&L performance, monitoring and assessing inventory levels.
- Enhance the customer experience through building relationships and connecting customers to our brand and brand values.
- Manage, coach, train and develop the sales team and foster an environment of inspiration and empowerment.
