Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategies to meet/ exceed sales target
- Previous experience in department store or mall retail preferred but not required
- Observe implementation of measures and approaches to control OPEX
- Ensures execution of measures to reduce merchandise losses and improve profitability
- Monitor merchandise movement.
- Ensure availability of items at all times such as, Basic never out items
- Ensures execution and efficiency of appropriate training for staff that will improve performance and increase productivity.
- Ensures that the established measures to reduce operational problems are put in effect
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in operations
