Subway Store Manager
Store: | Location: Marmora, ON | Type of employment: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours) | Salary: $38,500 - $42,500 CAD per year.
Role Overview
We are currently hiring for a Store Manager to join our team in Marmora, Ontario. This position has management responsibility for the day‑to‑day operation of a store such as hiring, training knowledgeable associates, inventory management, store compliance, and executing strategic merchandising initiatives.
This position reports directly to the District Manager for guidance on operating procedures, brand product merchandising, compliance, and food safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management
- Supervise activities of 2 or more full‑time employees (Assistant Managers, Lead Representatives, Customer Service Representatives).
- Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees to ensure excellent customer service.
