What you’ll do
Provide leadership to the team, coach and follow up to ensure delivery of the service model standards for each customer. Enforce delivery of the operating‑model customer service standards. Provide an exceptional omni‑channel experience by offering in‑store eCommerce sales and fulfilling eCommerce orders within defined service levels. Support customer acquisition through the promotion of customer loyalty and credit card programs. Demonstrate and follow up on the execution of Marks visual compliance standards, store maintenance and pricing standards. Plan and execute weekly price changes, promotional set‑ups, and department POP per the workbook, ensuring 100% system pricing. Deliver annual corporate shrink targets through team education, enforcement of LP and audit standards, and rigorous inventory control. Oversee preparation for annual inventories.
