About the Role
As a Store Manager, you and your team will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will help new parents, grandparents, and families with baby essentials, school prep and moments along the parenting journey.
Responsibilities
- Build a talent pipeline through networking and recruiting; develop succession plans by training and developing your team.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment for employees to collaborate and recognize performance to increase employee engagement.
- Lead and delegate to grow leaders; provide direction and invest in their development.
