Summary
The Store Supervisor is responsible for ensuring efficient back-of-house and floor operations to deliver a premium retail experience. This role manages receiving, processing, and replenishment of merchandise, supports sales floor associates, and leads operational projects and team training. The Supervisor champions brand standards, visual presentation, and compliance while supporting customer service and store productivity.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, inspect, price, tag and process incoming shipments for floor and stockroom placement.
- Maintain stockroom organization and lead stockroom reorganization and reset initiatives.
- Execute replenishment activities, ISOS report management, reticketing, RFID tagging, and floor restocking to meet productivity targets.
